We are seeking a motivated hardware technician
This role is varied and involves warranty repairs, testing, repairs, installation & support of clients servers, networking and desktop application software.
The position requires that the applicant has their own reliable and presentable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
The flexibility to provide out of business hours support and be on standby is also required.

Applicants must be able to provide current certificates of accreditation at the interview stage.

This position is a challenging role where you will utilize your proven and certified skills as follows:

• A+
• MCSE an advantage

Strong experience in:
• the support of all Microsoft desktop and server operating systems.
• Testing, repair and upgrading of client equipment
• Help Desk/ Training/ Call Centre environments
• Troubleshooting 1st & 2nd level support issues across numerous platforms.
• Undertaking field & warranty repair work
• Network, DataComms and Wireless Topologies
• Technical Experience (Certification an advantage) PCs, Printers, Notebooks.
• Board level repair capabilities (an advantage).
